I used eMobile. I tried to cancel service and they said to call back in January as I couldn't without paying a charge. I called back in January, and they said I couldn't cancel as my contract had been automatically renewed for another 2 years. Terrible company. I wish Japan's legal system had some consumer protection! Be careful!
