I love to watch these shows and see the morons lose their money. I always root for it. Like the person leading by $15000 with one or two spins who keeps going, or the person behind by like $10000 with one spin left in the game going for it instead of passing, or the person in 3rd place with one spin left passing it and automatically eliminating themselves from the game, even though every time Peter tells them that the person in 2nd wins if they pass and the leader hits a whammy. Very funny
No, watch any of the episodes after the 3 way ties, for example. The ones that end up coming away with nothing, they still get consolation prizes as if they hadnt won to begin with.
That's something Jeopardy! has to deal to ensure a champion wins at least $2,001 to ensure they win more than their opponents. That could be fixed with a "house minimum".
