i still liked his new album, but it was more depressing. it reminded me of brushfire fairy tales. some of the songs were up beat, but there meaning was darker. while in between dreams and curious george was far more happy (mainly cos the latter was a movie tie in! lol!) but iv loved everyone of them for being unique.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I read in one of his interviews that he doesn't like to change the style of his music. I think he has been changing the style but he doesn't realize it.

But whatever, all of his songs sound pretty relaxing and beachy to me. He also has the same style of lyrics.

I don´t think it´s up to the strings that gives such a sweet tone. I think it´s up to the guitar itself. Here he plays a Cole Clark Fat Lady 2 AC. The special PU-system provides that kind of sound with the face brace sensor. If you get the chance, go out and test one of these guitars. I have also got a Fat Lady 2 AC and it´s the best guitar I´ve ever played.
