The Crabtree trails are predominantly beginner with some intermediate trails mixed in. No log overs I can think of, maybe 2 decent rock gardens, no drop offs but there's one decent gap.
The main appeal of Crabtree for experienced riders is it's smooth, fast, and has nice flow. As you can see from the video you can get going pretty fast since the trails aren't too rooty. There are more technical trails in the area (Beaver Dam, Legend Park) but I like Crabtree because I can go fast.
I hope that trail is more fun in person no log overs? rock gardens? jumps or drop offs? I saw other trails was that one for beginners? I'm not h8n just wondering before I hit it up next time I'm in NC
