Another very close cover. You're awesome dude. Again there's a few mistakes particularly in the first heavy spot and the amended upbeat version of that riff that follows. The clean channel parts are a little off and it doesn't repeat the same thing everytime. But again, very close and much appreciated sir.
Thanks very much Jeremy! There are a few sections that I've made a bit closer now, but it's not perfect unfortunately. Any tips on how to fix the spots that are wrong? Thanks again for writing!
awesome cover, really spot on. i was thinking about getting that schector just because the guitarist has one haha but i got an esp instead, do you reckon the schector is worth the 600 pounds price tag ?
thank you! i plan on doing a lot more covers soon. seems there aren't too many bled covers on youtube (especially ones played correctly). I like ESP guitars, but to be honest i've always found their tone to be a bit cold. I actually fell in love with the tempest custom because I played jeremy's at a bled show. lol. it's more than worth the pounds if you've got them to spare. I changed the pickup to a SD SH6 and the guitar is incredible. nice short scale, deep tone, definitely worth it!
oh, i forgot to tell you, i'm not sure what tuning you play in the most, but i switch between standard D and drop C a lot, and i have to tell you, it's a totally different animal in drop C. my other video (cover of peephole by system of a down) shows you a bit more of the tonality in drop C.
cool i think im def going to save up for one like, i like the idea of the coil tap aswell so they are pretty much a perfect guitar for me. im gonna record a cover of porcelain hearts so ull have to check it out
awesome dude. i was thinking of doing a cover of porcelain hearts too. i'm too lazy to do it right now, but maybe at some point. let me know when you do it.
the guitar is a schecter tempest custom in vintage white with a seymour duncan sh6 distortion pickup set, definitely worth the money.
unfortunately the tabs that are out there are all wrong, some are close but not quite. I learned it by ear, and i've been considering writing a tab out for it, and if I do i'll send you the link to it.
I watched it again, I meant the part where hes screaming "This reception died in vain" I guess it is just like I do it, It just looked different at the time but looks fine now lol. Sorry
thanks! the guitar is a schecter tempest cusom with a seymour duncan sh6 in the bridge..boss ME50 multi-effects pedal and a peavy bandit 112 transtube running through a mesa 4x12 cab :]
thank you muchly. i'll probably redo it sometime soon and correct the mistakes in it, i was playing it as i learned it by ear and a couple things are a little off.
