i dont know, you look a little slow off the ball, which is ok, but not in your case where you have a rushed downswing. try to have a pause at the top of your backswing. get to the top and pause long enough to say "stop" out loud before making your first move down.
Thanks for the comment. Ive actually changed my swing a bit since i posted this video. Ive actually sped up my backswing and i dont take it back as far and slowed my downswing a little. Ill have to get another video posted of my new swing.
you look like you know how to swing a club but work on your tempo and that will improve consistency

The ball looks a little far up in your stance. Again you look a little "across the line" with your irons. (as i explained in the other video)
