nvm, after taking jsut a quick look at another video, i saw that it's an older game(not really too old, but it was in 2006), and doesn't appear to be in anyway related to armored core. how do i know for sure after just about 30 seconds of a video? the pilot talks lol XD
this is by From software, and kinda looks like an armored core(actually it really looks like an armored core lol. face, chain gun, and white glint type back lol). i might look into this. i wonder if it is any way related to armored core(if i recall, for a while, armored core 4 wasn't called armored core 4, but had another name than armored core)
Why wasn't this released? It was voiced in English, just didn't get an USA/UK release at all. All that was needed was a menu translation, and I'd be able to play it.
@SplendidChimp that's exactly what I said, I'm sure at least half of America's gamers would look past the crap story & crap script because it's freakin awesome
@Kytseo because it was meant only to appeal to Japanese and the voice acting is to further exentuate the joke on american nationalism stereotypes. It was deemed that they would not sell enough or soon enough for it to be worth it in the states. Everyone eould first talk about how shitty and insulting the game is. Then a year or two later the game BOOMS in sales as people discover how lolsy it is. By that time, the developers won't see much money due to mark downs in price.
I was able to get copy of the game but havent played it yet because I don't have a modded xbox. I've watched videos of someone playing all the way through and its awesome XD

It's very similar. Think AC, with a slightly more lineal campaign, and less customisation options. Very good voice acting and drama. :P
