Taking off and landing in a plane have to be some of the coolest feelings ever. Every time before a flight when it pauses on the runway before takeoff you just say say a little message to yourself hoping that you make it to your destination lol. Then it powers down the runway and it feels so good.

@rallycar757 I landed at KALB from Chicago in an ERJ 145. With no reverse thrust, i think the runway was about 7,200 ft long, they just used brakes. Just thought it was a little weird.

@BabyBBB01 Main language of aviation is english, every ATC personnel and commercial pilot has to be able to speak english well, it doesnt matter is plane flying over South Korea or Brazil, they always use english with ATC unless they happen to speak language that is spoken on those countries, then they can use it too. Pilots job is to fly the plane, not to be able to communicate ATC with their own language. Try to search come ATC recordins from youtube with foreign airlines, you will see that they always speak english when they are not in country with their own language.

I made a scary landing last november 2009 in Rome, we've landed diagonal and the pilot was really brave. Once landed we discovered traffic had stopped and we've landed because of fuel issues, but man, that was really scaring.
