Just bought this set, and for movies it plays awsome. Easily compared to my larger floorstanding system. For music the bass could have been tighter, however, it sounds good and far better than lets say Logitec z5500 or any other 5.1 satelite speaker system ive heard. Would buy this system again if it was stolen.

how is the sub like.. is it boomy when placing it close to a corner? or does it plays still clean.

@Schwarzeneggerrr Hey. Well it depends on the receiver actually. I have both onkyo 608 and yamaga 671, and i do prefer the yamaha. It does not go as deep with the yamaha, but the bass is tighter and less boomy. The sub is a good sub for this kind of a system, but it cant compare to more dedicated subs. In my opinnion the sub is more than good enough. But then again, a real hifi dude would say this isnt a sub cus it doesent go deep enough.

Well i now have the JBL home cinema Subwoofer connected to a Harman Kardon receiver.i must say it sounds boomy and unnatural of i place the sub close to a corner. And i must say it sounds to deep bass. And i wonder if the Harman/Kardon his own subs are actually better than the JBL..
