@gammatnt I Don't Necessarily Touch The Resolution, But I Do Prefer Around 300 x 300 (To Reduce Size) and I Use Either Avi or .3gp

Oh by the way, I really like how you can record long bits of audio and it does not use alot of memory til you decide to convert its AMR audio format to MP3 format, then they files size jumps but that is ok since by then it is already on my lap top lol. Oh I added a full length movie to my Impression but I think you will need to put a decent size micro sd card in it to cover for the phones low factory memory, I went and got myself a 8 gb micro sd card and I added Willie Wonka (old movie) to it so my daughter could watch it while we was on the road for a few hours and I also added some Spongebob vids to it for her! Ya just got to use the free conversion software, plus I have added my own pics for wall paper!

I had my Impression freeze up on me so I just opened the back cover removed the battery & then removed the SIM card, replaced both and restarted it back and it was just fine and that has been the only time it happened to me. Still trying to figure out how to take a pic from its camera and send to a friends email..... well i will get it figured out thru process of elimination hahaha lol so if anyone could help me with that it would be great! Save me the time lol.

I've figured out two great things about this phone. I asked AT&T how do I check my texts when I'm using the phone, they said it couldn't be done. IT CAN. The top switch above volume control is a shortcut to inbox.

And you can change the size of font in a text. So look at a text and use the volume control to make the message smaller or bigger. I never knew you could do that til I accidently hit the button on the side in a text.

I was able to convert full lenth movies (avi files) using the free "Any Video Converter". Select "Mobile Phone mp4" profile and adjust the frame size to 320x240.

i might as well add... this phone isn't really worth it. it's got a lot of bugs, i'm dying for the software update.

annoying things like fade-in ringtones (can't change.)

you can't change the lock screen, it only uses the default pics.

conversions for videos are bullshit.

SHORT battery life, i have to charge it twice a day.

after a certain amount of texts in your inbox, it starts not sending texts and the only way to fix it is to delete them and restart your phone.

good idea, poor product.

If I were you, I'd get the iPod Touch and the impression.  The iPhone's billing system can be ridiculous sometimes and the impression has a keyboard.

Im getting this phone I believe in a couple weeks. Im sick of buying crappy phones. I really wanted a blackberry but I dont want to pay media charge per month. AT&T is making it mandatory to have the media package if you have a smart phone. This phone has ALL the features I want in a phone so I am excited. I heard a lot of good reviews on it.

anyone that has a "samsung eternity" the downgrade of the impression, it has no keyboard, just touch screen, there is special dial #s u can put in, and it will put you to the diognostics screen, it is like a little built in hack...

the # for the eternity is:

yes, it does, if you look up the "samsung eternity" it is the phone that is almost just the same phone as the impression, but just touch screen. the impression's touchscreen keyboard is a little bit laggy, but is still fully functional. if you have any other questions, send me a question. i have both phones, eternity and impression.
