A guy with that much equipment should know to keep his fence in front of the blade when using it as rip guide. Even on a small piece and especially with one hand, a bind and a kickback will smarten you up quick.
It's a Delta 1-1/2HP dust collector and simply is not powerful enough to be located far away. Using 4" tube anything over about 15 feet the pressure drop is too great.
It does keep the air in the shop dust free for the most part compared to no dust collection at all.

Only have one hand...I cut the other one off on my tablesaw...so I screwed the camera onto my hook for this vid

I couldn't work like that, I would have to put the vacuum in another room to cut down on the noise!
