Earlier they withdrew their false claims after dispute, but recently I get this: all content owners have reviewed your dispute and reaffirmed the claims for (some of) the content. I think this is what they do: They find videos with a lot of views, then they upload it on one of their partner channels, and unlist it (making it invisible). Youtube treats us like shit....
Copyright fraud, i.e. making a false claim of copyright where none exists, is punishable by fines ranging from $750 to $30,000. There are numerous web sites that explain this, but You Tube won't let me post the URLs. If you want to go after Orchard Music, I suggest a class action suit.

My channel is almost completely old public domain recordings, and Orchard Music has copyright claimed almost every one of them. They're a bunch of bastards and need to be prosecuted for fraud.

My accounts are monetized and they are costing me some money, (small amount but substantial to me). They are as bad as the now-defunct Craze Productions who were claiming to own pretty much every old movie in the public domain. I'll go for their throat, don't know how yet.
