Minimanchas. Is that a bix between a dwarf and a lamancha. I bet they were CUTE!! I've got a nubian named Houdini, a Nubi-boer named Twinkle. and of course Cinnamon. we call her a mutt because we don't know exactly what breed she is. We think she's got some nubian in her though. We had another nubi-boer mix goat named Twilight, but sadly she died at only 4 months of worms. =( I love my goats to death, so this hit me pretty hard.
@brittany27271 Very true. I will not dismiss that, but you don't hafta down the people that do take the kids away. They do what they think is best and that is that!
CUTE!! One of my goats was a bottlefed baby. We got her at a stockyard auction and found out she wasn't weaned. Luckly my great grandfather used to raise goats so he helped us with her. She is now over one year old and is still constantly under our feet. P.S Three days old!! awwww how adorable!!! =D
@jillgivler You are incorrect Jill, the baby did not cry constantly, however she really doted on my son and when the played chase she would bleat and run after him. She was a very happy baby goat and did very well on the bottle (her mother died in birth).
Brittany, the mother died in birth and we did not have a surrogate mother other than the bottle. She did very well and thrived on the bottle and is happily living with a bunch of other pygmies now.
@goatgirl151 Hey I'm a goat girl too. I have a bottle baby named Cinnamon. I've also got two more goats. I agree that raising goats is fun, educating, and rewarding. Cinnamon did and still does act like a dog. She's constantly under my feet. Goats are the sweetest are'nt they!?
Many people will take kids and bottle feed them because the mom can't, too many kids to nurse, and or they just wanna make them tame enough to handle. It's totally ok! calm down
u can easily fix that, for people who have hoofed indoor pets, theres a special coating they step in and it gives good traction on wood and tile while preventing scuffing wood finish.
she sounds like a monkey LOL and so VERY CUTE!!!

@jillgivler What is your problem?
I did this with all my goat kids and they all turned out just fine. 3 year old kids cry alot ANYWAY! Even with their mom.
Maybe the mom died giving birth, you really don't know the circumstances that happened k?
Kids will bond with whoever feeds it, therefore, follows it.
Raising goat kids this way is fun, educating, and very rewarding. My goat Sandy was like a puppy the way she would follow me around.
So please, not trying to be mean, but chill k?

So cute. That flooring doesn't get good traction, but I bet it's much easier to clean up.
