I just had one question. When you are doing all the exercises on your side should your shoulder be flat ti the floor? On some of the last ones you were up on your elbow. I'm just double checking ;) I want to do it right! Great video. I'm totally going to watch this again right now and pause it after each exercise and continue on to the next and so on and so on lol Thanks girl
@jfishbar Im sorry I think I was trying to talk to the camera and do the excercises at the same time. lol To prevent strain I definetely recommend having your shoulder on the floor with arm overhead. for ex. if you are laying on left side working the right leg the right arm should be pressing on the floor infront of you for balance and the left arm laying on the floor over head :) thanks for the question!
@Shannindhall my only concern is that the hormone relaxin really loosens the hip joints during pregnancy. So if you want to do these excercises just be VERY gentle and only do a few! Try to stick to the ones that are on the side. The tummy ones are a no no for sure! LOL
when u say it makes the fat come off your butt, do u mean that it makes it smaller or just more shapely and tight? cuz i like my curves i just wanna tone my inner thighs lol.
