Marilyn was absolutely correct when she was criticizing the Studios. It looks the Studio managemnts were unprofessional and shortsighted. They were exploiting actors and Studio employees. I had tears in my eyes when I read that Marilyn was broke and had no money to pay her domestic / personal assistants's salary also when she died.

That was unbelieveable! Thank-you so much for this video. I enjoyed it very much indeed. Its sad that Marilyn 's birthday was hardly celebrated at all that day back in '62. She wasn't allowed to even drink cvhapayne or celebrate her birthday on the set untill after 6pm. The studio spent hundreds on Elizebeth Taylor but hardly anything on Marilyn! Don't seem right to me....
a part of me is happy to know that cleopatra movie is said to be a classic flop in '63. tho fox made a lot of money when it is being shown as a rerun...still! it was a flop! stupid studio! pft! lol!
