Where's the parents? If that was my kid I'd be furious as hell at all those grown-ass adults bullying my child, stealing or no stealing. Well, I wouldn't have left my child alone in a situation to get ganged/grouped up on like that in the first place, and I'd correct my child's theivory with a smack on the hand and say "no... put that back, it's not yours".
