NOPE! It's a factory 400 Pontiac block with a stroker crank! Last I heard from Jim at the Pontiacs at the Grove, it was 467 cubes. I don't know if it's bigger now or not but I do know it's under 480. Reason for the "low sounding" RPM (it's over 7200) is anything more at his horsepower level will split the engine block through the mains which is a common problem for our Pontiac factory engine blocks over 750 horses Jim has been high 7's @ the 800 HP level...
