As for socialism, I always find it amusing that the happiest countries in the world are socialist (the netherlands etc). Their people are happy, and they aren't under the cruel yoke of a totalitarian government, they just pay more taxes. America, in most of the worlds opinion, has a long way to go.

2 thngs.(1) What someone says in a speech is to get elected. Look at any campaign. You demonize a group, get elected, then do what you want and reward your supporters. Thats not unique to the Nazi Party, the Reps., or the Dems. I feel, work & innovation should be rewarded(capitalism), and charity to the poor. (2) Ours is a fiat currency market. Wealthy profit off our political bickering, collect tax money through exempt bonds which fund politcians & steal from masses (bailouts & inflation).
