In addition to my previous posting, I want to share several types of food that have helped me. Just keep track of the daily points: Remember its a lifestyle not a diet. Skinny Cow ice cream, weight watcher's ice cream, progresso 0 & 1 pts canned soups, smart ones frozen foods, miller lite bottle beer(1pt), yoplait light yogurts, taco bell fresco menu (3-4pts per item), McDonalds Chicken Mcnuggets(1pt ea). no juices or sodas, no cheeses, little nonfat milk. Hope this helps..

Hey Keep up the great work. I really appreciate your humility and openess. My wife and I have been helping each other with weight management by doing our own semi weight watcher's program. So far I've lost 20 plus pounds and my wife lost about 25lbs. We are holding off on buying new clothes until we get to our goal weight. You can do it and don't get discouraged by negative remarks on the net or pressure society can put on overweight folks.
