  • great song, would be nice to have a better quality video

  • Great Canadian Band indeed...wondered whatever happened to them?!!! Holly Wood's Interesting Voice and Sharon Alton Best Guitarist!!! Kind of love the lead Singers Name Holly Wood's!!!

  • great tune

  • TORONTO IS PLAYING AT THE ROCKPILE ON AUGUST 26 WITH A VERY COOL BAND CALLED "THE TRIPP".........DON'T MISS IT

  • Toronto was a great band!

  • My name is Holly Woods, I'm not from BOSTON. I'm from North Carolina and this song was written by myself, Scott Kreyer and Jim Vallance. We all 3 WISH it had been the single!

  • @singsong80 I have 5035/Delirious on a 45 Vinyl :)

  • @singsong80 I saw you Holly at my high school gym, you guys were freat and easy to look at :P

  • @singsong80 OH Holly...I remember seeing you many years ago @ Delbert's in Regina.I still have "wood" for you sweetie...great voice and a sweet ass...luv you honey!

  • @singsong80 I could have sworn this was the second single! I do remember it being played quite a bit, otherwise the record company should have PUSHED it MORE!!!!

  • Another early 80's gem.

  • is it common for heavy metal vocalists to have higher voices? Good song.

  • i wonder if i will ever run into rick ,and get to talk about old times

    before all that stardom.

would b good to see my old friend again

    :)

    lynda

  • Is their a better version of this song, it's had hit written all over it

  • this was actually a more positive song by this band

  • this was extremely over-rated but they were a very cagey, shy, paranoid women/ band..

  • man I loved this band. When they came out in the early 80s they were awesome. They just fell off the map.

  • Thanks for the info about Holly's new CD!

I will have to check it out.

5 Stars for this vid, how about the cat toss there at 0:33 lol :))

I wish this was stereo, I can hear a new parody song in the making "When will we Block vids again" lol "Enough is enough" has some great potntial also!

5 stars for the Vid, here is hoping it STAYS on youtube!

Yea, I have had a few upload difficulties myself there PLL02A, I hear you! WMG and the Big Boys don't like me much! :))

    Long live parodys :)

  • Holly Woods has a new cd out entitled,

    Live It Up.

You can buy via retail & online stores as well as download it.

Go to the cyclone records web site for full into.

I have tried to post the URL here but the dinks at YouTube won't allow it.

    Bruce.

    Toronto.Canada

  • Thats 1 thing I like about Solid Gold Records, they don't seem to mind folks uploading old songs like this. :))

Free Advertising, that how to view this song, people get to like it, then go shopping! I know I have :))

  • It always baffled me that they went through the effort of making this promotional video for a track that was never released as a single! For the single, they went with a weaker track called 'All I Need' as the single. What a pity cuz "When Can I see you again" had all the punch of a hit single!

  • @VIEWTUBE00000

Yea, I hear you, this is a great song, one of favorites by Toronto. I just bought their "Greatest Hits" album, this song is only on there as a vid, not the CD version, it is unfortunate!

    Toronto ROCKS!!!! :))

  • my step dad is mike gingrich ! ha lol noo jokee

  • ....aaahhhhh the DAYZ...Remember KAMLOOPS MEMORIAL ARENA baby in my tight 'RED' jeans and hot pink CONVERSE hightops in front row jumping around with girliefriends!!! What I would give now to be back there, haha!!

  • sounds like fun

  • @thatCanadiangrrrl

Nice comment, you cracked me up! :))

I never saw Toronto live, but I like their songs a lot. I shouldn't, but I do sing along cover versions to a few of their songs! Enough is enough is on my channel :))

  • This is awesome. I miss the vault on vh1 classic :(

  • I hear you there, I will have to look into getting a copy of it :)

I just uploaded a good stereo copy of "Enough is Enough" to share with all you big TORONTO fans :)

I don't think the "Get it on Credit" album cover was tacky, that type of thing was "in" back then.

Toronto was a good band also, as I only bought about 20 "45" records back then, and one of them was by Toronto :)

  • Does anyone have know if there's a copy of "What About Love"? I've been looking for that everywhere...

  • Yea, I remember that song! :)

I will see if I have it on CD, it is possible I only have it on cassette, which causes some uploading issues :(

  • Thanks...I'm just curious on what kind of issues are there if it's on cassette...file size? fidelity? Pardon the question...

  • Transferring it from cassette tape onto a computer, I have no way to do that :( At least that I am aware of. The only way I can even think of is to play the tape into the mic on my digital camera, but it will be low quality mono.

  • wouldn't a crosley duplicator do the trick with the cassette? a friend of mine transfers things to cd for me all the time and it comes out loaded! why go through a comp.? by the way, holly is hot as always.

  • Just download a free audio converter like Anvil to your computer - then you can run a line-in from your cassette player to your computer and the (Anvil etc) software will "digitize" and save your cassette song to your computer - then you can copy them to a cd if you want!!!

  • Get it On Credit...one of the most underrated albums in Canadian rock history...

  • @Cabaret43 i heard they were actually from boston, do u know if that's true or not?

  • @quincee33 They were formed in Toronto...i know Holly Woods is american though...couldnt tell u if shes from Boston

  • Awsome post and band!

    Thank you!

    Shopped this from sexygreeneyes:)

  • yep, no wonder i'm crazy now..

  • Toronto had a number of great songs and I have all of their albums on casette and LP.

If they ever reunited, I would be waiting in line, money in hand trying desperately to purchase a ticket.

  • Right behind ya!!!

  • if your trying to funny your not. everyone else is discussing the BAND! you know the album from the 80's. why can't you.

  • where can I find this album?

I actually had it when it came out in the eighties. what happened to Toronto.

I still think that they are great to this day.

  • they turned into a city

  • I thought it was funny...

  • Thank you for posting this vid. WE NEED MORE.

    Again thank you

  • Loved this band! Great song...thank you for posting!

  • Ah, Lado guitars and smoke machines. The 80's in the Canadian music business were the best, if you weren't a part of it, you have no idea what you missed! And we did it all without illicit narcotics, amazing!(Well, most of us did.)

  • Wow, never thought I'd hear this ever again. Thanks for posting. Long live youtube. Stay away, record company scum.

  • I love this song since 1983 been looking for it forever thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaans

  • I have this album with the 3d glasses lol. Great song! Remind me of Heart.

  • I have the 3D album too. I always thought it was one of tackiest album covers. I recall Heart covered the track "What About Love" from this same album.

  • Lol - no wonder. I like that song.

I think the LP cover it tacky too. I don't know if I thought that back in the day though.

  • Wow, I had this tape and wore it out. Holly Woods (i'm pretty sure that's her name) was terriffic!

  • Toronto rocked in the 80z and still to this day ..........wish i could find more vids

  • Toronto......I think!

  • So where was this band from again? ;)

  • Um, what's a beraod?

  • great!

  • those beraods were sooo fucking hot!!! i didnt think i even knew this song. who Knew???!!

  • woooooooohoooooooo ... great vid... thanks for posting it...
