i know its not "traditional", but i prefer my poutine to be prepared with shredded mozarella over cheese curds.
Just because usually the cheese curds dont melt properly, i like my cheese to be all melted and mixed in with the fries and gravy. I hate aeting a poutine and getting a big greasy oily solid chunk of cheese in my mouth. eeeww . . . I prefer a big greasy oily melted mixture lol
Yeah I know what you mean. I live in Quebec and you can buy cheese curds at the super market, and I always cut them up in smaller pieces. They melt easier and like you said you don't get a big chunk of cheese. But you have to use cheese curds! I tried it with mozzarella, and it just isnt the same.

that's A&W for ya. It has lettuce and tomato on it but I don't want it in my burger, it cools it off too fast. I eat it separately. And lookit the pathetic bacon strips! Tastes good only because of the bacon and the mozzarella. Other burgers at A&W are substandard tasting to sicktasting.

2) the tablecloth is clean. It just looks wierd because it's wrinkly vinyl.
