So closely we associate seasons to our thoughts and hopes. Love this ghazal. The poignant feelings of a waiting lover is so well phrased that the listener is lost in it and can almost feel the same way. Ghulam Ali, is the most versatile singer .Thank you Khalid ji, Monday morning just got better.

@khandeel Yes qandeel ji there's no better way to start any morning with ghulam ali or mehdi hassan sahib's ghazal if possible and you made it possible. ghulam ali ji' here taking us inside the lovely minds and then explain what shuld happen if someone in this situation.

In modren times many singers sung this beautiful urdu Mahiyya including ustad hussain bukhsh but ghulam ali ji did great job.

I consider Ghulam Ali best Ghazal singer of this continent.

Kabhi mein Ghulam Ali ki nai cassette ka intzaar kiya karta tha lekin ab you tube join karne ke baad mera haal Saawan ke us Gadhey jaisa ho gaya hai jo saara din ghaas charta hai aur shaam ko jab munh ooper utha kar dekhta hai to chaaron taraf hari hari ghaas dikhai deti hai.

itnni ghazalen aur filmy geet sun ne ke baad bhi bahut kuchh chhoot jaata hai.

Khalid Bhai is ghazal ka title aap ne ghalat hai, Ghulay nahi Jhuley likhiye.

its in pahari, asthai antara are usually dominant with 2 or 3 couplets, more surs, can be deranging, sitar is nicely contirbuting, tablah as well,

can not play more talas, kehrwa is the

maximum, can't play jhaptaal or guttorah. He is presenting his maestro

Baku Khan's beautfull pahari, have never heard anyone singing this Pahari, except

baku Khan and GA

Beautiful! GA knew not only to make all ghazals sweet like heaven-made honey but he also interacted with the audience in a lively manner and often improvised accordingly. The audience at this private mehfil is somewhat subdued but at large,open gatherings, the listeners' wah, wah, kya baat hai, kamaal hai and other responses really made  his ghazal renditions special. That soft noise gives extra animation to a live ghazal performance. Regardless, GA was always superb . Thank you.
