A better quality recording would be an improvement to hear your harmonies more clearly. I think it's clear the 2nd girl in the purple/blue dress and shorts has the strongest voice. I enjoyed your cover!
I think you should have given Alesha the lead vocal because not taken anything away from the other female who sang but she doesn't quite have the vocal control to hit some of the runs whereas Alesha does but all in all after some training should be fine but don't quit as a group just think about who voices suits the part better instead of who wants it more than the other if that makes sense.
