This is episode and the poor depiction of Capt. Marvel's ability is ALSO indicative of the continued bias/dislike of the character by DC, since they've acquired him from Fawcett Comics.

If U know the history between both companies/characters, U know what I'm talkin' about.

There's ALWAYS a systematic depowering of Capt. Marvel on the part of DC, whenever he's paired with DC's flagship character (Supes) and everybody knows it.

For crying out loud. 1.) Superman didn't like Captain Marvel from the start. 2.) He over reacted to a news paper heading of all things considering his day job and how it works. 3.)Considering his history with Lex, he should have known better.

I'm a fan of Superman myself, but he was in the wrong, plain and simple. Yes, in the end it did turned out to be a set up, however, because Superman didn't take the time to listen to reason, he single-handedly smeared the JLU name and on national viewing.

He said that he thought it was great that he changed for the better. Enough that the people had trusted him to vote for his ballot.
