  • This is well done! There are three near Oak Alley Plantation. We can send you photos if you like.

  • or just has lots

  • @boozeye66 I would say St. Francisville has the most in a small area. Maybe Vacherie. The entire corridor along the Mississippi River from New Orleans to Baton Rouge (both sides) is pretty saturated with them. I am in process of making more still videos with the actual homes, not just the markers, better pics.

  • @SCRAMBLER390 hey thanks alot i was wondering how much plantation homes cost in those areas do u have any idea ? i live in san jose california and i have been considering moving to the south and buying a historical house

  • @SCRAMBLER390 o kool thanks alot for the info all be sure to check out your new videos yeah 500,000 wouldnt be bad houses in san jose ca start at about 800,000 for a three bedroom home with a small backyard im paying 2000 a month for a 2 bedroom townhome sucks lol

  • @boozeye66 Not being in the real estate buisness, it is hard to say. I am sure (depending on size condition and amount of land) you could pay from half a million up. I know there are a few for sale in Franklin, LA . There also has been a few for sale lately in the Baton Rouge area. Natchez Mississippi also has a good concentration of Plantations.
