My parents knew some kids in the 70s (6 in the car) that were racing a camaro about 11:00 p.m. one night . The kids they knew in the mustang hit a woman coming home from work. Those 7 people died and 4 whose hands and feet were all that were found. Estimated speed at impact was 126 MPH. So better him than 3 or more.

If the police were really going to pull him over, the guy would spend a really long time in jail. There is no car ever built that can outrun a walkie talkie.
