  • If the editing is so severe that the whole storyline is destroyed then what exactly are we supposed to be witnessing here? Why are we watching this?

  • Only problem........... Why did the Federation but all of it's eggs in ONE LIBRARY BASKET...BS

But last season running low on Dough!

Can't beleive the Writers din't think Stupid, could have been a new outpost with new discoveries.

  • I was always impressed with the actress' beautiful eyes. I'm sure they took great care in casting this part.

  • Ah, I hate these remasterings. So much better as they are originally,

  • "We mean you no harm"

    ...

    "Fire phasers!!"

  • I never had a problem with this episode. I could never understand why so many people hated it.

  • The original Alian FX's are better.

  • Interesting. They couldn't completely cover the original lights in some scenes, especially those inside the ship. Could have done a better job to integrate them with the original.

  • Perhaps the scariest episode of the original series (dealing with demonic possesion) next to the episode "And The Childen Shall Lead" (dealing with a Satanic cult)

  • When I first saw this episode as a youngster, it scared the hell out of me! The croaking sounds and faces changing colors of the people affected by the Zetarians gave me a few nightmares. This is still the creepiest TOS episode just edging "Wolf in the Fold" and "Is There Truth in No Beauty?"

  • I rather like the new conception of "Memory Alpha." Once again, they add scope, but don't alter the general "look" of the series.

  • This was a VIP episode of "Star Trek". For 2 reasons: It was co-written by the late SHARI LEWIS and husband JEREMY TARCHER (a bookseller of parapschological books). It introduced the public to the then-completely-new reality of Hyperbaric Oxygen (a radical tool used in medicine to heal the otherwise-unhealable,such as gangrene) BTW,I hate re-mastering if changes are made... but at least you posted the good parts from this episode!
  • Shari Lewis was the vantriliquist with a puppet known as Lambchop.

  • Legendary! WAY back in the day.....

    SHARI LEWIS,R.I.P....

    thanks for reply....

  • Thanks for keeping up with these! You rock!
