@N30NN4ILP0LISH Actually, the creator of the video just recently re-positioned the text boxes to the bottom of the screen after he read my comment. What was there originally was one huge box of text covering literally the entire screen, rendering the image of a person standing at a chalkboard completely useless. But, as long as we're talking about discovering things on one's own, maybe you need to spend some time discovering how bad you look when you resort to childish name-calling.

I've simply told you that the creator changed the video after my first comment, since, as my first comment pointed out, the version he had originally was not only aesthetically challenged but rendered the images useless. But, make sure to learn solid math skills. It's very important, even though most people somehow think it's hard and/or boring. Very useful later in life.

I'd do it by saying 10% of 82. is 8.2 (that's move decimal point to the left one place)

Now multiple 8.2 by 2 (double it).

Answer 16.4.

Note: Decimal point though not displayed in the 82 comes after the 2.
