  • Good routine you have here, the only bad thing is i don't think HIIT training should go over 15 minutes, it should be 20 min max.

  • Sick video bro, Your a beast! I like how you turned back to kick the ball at 12:32 LOL

  • Hey man great workout! I'm new to HIIT and want to start working on a routine like this consistently. What frequency of workouts of this would you do? Like, mon.tues.friday with rests on other days, or like go at it hard for 5 days a week? etc. Thanks again mate, great vid.

  • good ups on Scott Herman... nice.

  • why do you always make a noise when u work out. like tssstss noise.

  • @moralesgirrl i see you caught that. not muc people notice i do that. but its my own little thing that i need to do when i lift heavy or get very very tired and need to breathe

  • @MegaSaxon10 haha i do that tsstss noise too lmao i never noticed until my friends told me about it

  • @moralesgirrl breathing like that is a really good habit to get into. I do that alot now, especially when lifting weights. for the same reason why Boxers breathe like that when they throw a punch. Exhaling at the right time while working out can be really effective.

  • @moralesgirrl Late response yes, but breathing out like that also supports your abs to burn more. Try it and you will feel it burn.

  • @moralesgirrl

haha theres one with a louder one check it out Scott Herman fitness

  • @moralesgirrl It's breathing, Breathing = power.

  • yea you are close to being right. scotts beat me down is actually more of a beat down then this one. he does 3 exercises WITHOUT rest. takes a 30 sec rest, then repeats the process for 4 sets. his is alot tougher, but i did use some exercises that i learned from him. thats why if you watch my video, i still gave credit to him.

  • @nursesonnyblanco. you got the right idea. 3 sets. 8 exercises. 2:1 ratio. everythings correct, just so that were on the same page, its usually averages to be about 10min a set. it just depends if you take longer breaks. and after the 3min. sprint/jog, there is no 2:1 rest. you can you if want. that would be smart. but i just kept my 15 second brake. thats whats tough about that part.

  • @MegaSaxon10 how long did you do each individual exercise and how long did you rest between each one

  • good work... t'was just like scott's beat me down episode... watched awhile ago... then i saw yours... hmmmm u know i mean kinda similar. u just made ur own version.

  • Thanks, Mr. Alonso. You look hardcore. :) *** Please correct me: The "Alex HIIT workout" is 3 sets consisting of 8 workouts plus threadmill (averaging 10 minutes per set). Each workout/rest is at 2:1 ratio (like 40 second exercise and 20 second rest per workout) completed within 7 minutes. Then a 3 minute sprint/jog at 2:1 ration also. 8 workouts are: 1 Alternating Dumbell Swing 2 Spider Push Ups 3 Knee Yo Face 4 Cannonballs 5 Prisoner Squats 6 Ball Tucks 7 Cross Body Mtn. Climbers 8 Sic Twist
  • Alex! Great workout video. Awesome HIIT and it kicked your ass I see! Ya!

  • Awesome Video Man!..Keep It Up...You Should Make A Video Of Your Ab Workout Next.
