Rick thinking about it.. Is it possible to lay a little concrete or build a deck and make an outside living room attached to the back? Throw up some bug netting and some tarps on the side in the winter, you'll be living great my friend.

Have the roof with weather proof clear tarp so it can warm itself during the day just like a greenhouse. You wouldn't have to worry about heating during the day maybe and you'll have an extra bed or bath.

My dad built trailers and mobile homes like that for 20 years and he said he would never use one of those trailers that he built if he got it for free. He said they were so cheaply made it was barely legal. Everything is stapled and glued together. A couple days with high winds and the roof is peeling off like a sardine can.
