@Northwesley If that were to happen I would do anything to make that not happen. The bluffs better stay the way they are for millennia--it's the most naturally beautiful part of this city.
If you people can see something that will be miles from shore, I commend you and your bionic eye-sight.

the windmills would be an eyesore, but the City should do more to promote the area so no one can say it's not being used for anything
