This video is from a N Vietnamese perspective. If you speak to people from S Vietnam they have a much different story. I doubt they will tell you what happened to the S Vietnamese after the N moved in. Years in concentration camps. Property siezed. Some in the camps were shot. The drugs were thought to be neccessary to keep the women on the front lines to help the war effort. Vietnam is a sovereign nation, they shouldn't go beggings or extorting money from the United States for something that happened 35 years ago. Dioxin in circulation today is the result of local chemical activity and not of Agent Orange that has long since been sedimented out into clays and soils where it can do no harm.
