An incredibly talented musician and composer. He is my son's favorite guitarist who through Jason's Music has made him a better guitarist and learn the value of creating beautiful pieces of music that embodies his life. Jason Becker still is considered one of the best guitarists on the planet.

ALS is a terrible disease which cannot be stopped alike Parkinsons and Alzheimers, but the worst part about it is that his mind is completely intact but his body is slowly shutting down. I will openly say that EV worked his ass off to get to where he is now and I respect that, he also has the clarity to recognize other musicians such as Jason Becker and Allan Holdsworth. So while you may not like their music, their music will stand the test of time as being songs that are light-years ahead of their time.
@KitRamsey1 You've got it all wrong. EVH is great, pretty much invented tapping and so on, but as a songwriter and composer, Jason is far ahead of Eddie. Songs like Serrena, Air, Altitudes, End of the Beginning, Concerto etc. really show this
