How to Create Custom BOM Template in Solidworks?

in the company i am currently working sw is not mainly utilised. but the program used has a template in which there isa part description such as;

for plates and sheet plates it writes PL A x B ( thickness vs wıdth)

for profıles lets say RHS 20*30*3=> rectangular hallow sectıon and dımensions respectively

i am asking how i can make a solıdwork BOM tepmlate appeare those properties in the table.
