First of, i heard of this awesome expandation pack, and i wanted to download/play it. Because it was fan-based and there wasnt much information, i thought it would be a full and free version. On the website i heard it was just a demo-version. Okay, then i'll first install this version. But when i installed and runned it the only nations i could choose were the french, the japanese, the indian and the chinese. What's wrong with that?

Yes, you can play versus new NPC players, even though they appear to be a little weak since the last release (will be fixed soon referring to the developers); you can play Multiplayer via LAN and Hamachii etc. (LAN via Internet). Of course all players must have the same version of the mod ;) .

Ok, so you have to download the mod-installer and the hotfix (links in description).

Before installing make sure you have The Asian Dynasties patched to 1.02; not newer and not older, otherwise the mod will just partly work (missing civs , false textures, no AI/...)

then install the mod and the hotfix and start the game via the Dynasties-shortcut or exe

That's it for pc. For Mac it might be more complex. Does this help?

I downloaded this, and it didn't work. Only two of the civilizations started out with villies, and they couldn't build anything and the TC couldn't spawn more of them. I uninstalled it, but it still loaded as "Napoleonic era". So I uninstalled and reinstalled The Asian Dynasties, and now it won't load the maps! Can anyone help me?

On pc just hold the shift-key and set waypoints as usual with right-click in your intended order. If shift doesn't work try with the ctrl-key. I've heard some default shortcuts depend on your language-version....

I'm using a nvidia GeForce 8800 GTX, what enables me to max out the game's graphic-options in it's options-dialogue. So far so trivial. I've also set the option's entry - I think it's called this - camera distance to "very far", what allows you to zoom out a lot further and makes the models look more realistic. Last but not least my monitor allows me display (and fraps hence to record) a resolution of 1680x1050. Due to my connection the video is only uploaded in 720p.
