One of my favorites. All voices on the record belong to Ellie (as with The Raindrops), and she named this "group" "The Meantime" after herself. Greenwich = Mean Time (GMT).

I'd heard OF this song and group for many years, but I'd never heard this record until just now. It's super! As you may know, Ellie herself was part of this group. It took me quite a few years after first hearing of the group name to figure out where the name came from. Here's a clue - split the name in half. And think of UTC.
