I have yet to meet anyone who has faced Ryabko or Vasiliev and said it is nonsense. Many people who say it is nonsense have only seen videos on youtube and what not. Systema is no scam. I invite any and all who feel that way to meet vladamir or Ryabko and prove this. Your mind and abilities are not trained to understand what they are doing.
In the end, martial arts is about ability. The ability to prove or disprove by watching something is groundless/pointless. You have to get some balls and try it. Systema is a REAL fighting system with REAL theory on movement. Many special forces including the SAS are beginning to adapt this kind of training. National Geographic showed systema theory being incorporated into USMC spec. ops as well. So spare me with your groundless speculations on something you've never done/experienced

Yeah, the greatest part of systema is I enjoyed many footages of it. Not just the dangerous part, it's fun to watch, and fun to practice too ^_^
