I use to watch the Von Erichs when I was like 8 & 9 years old and I can say I was a very huge fan. I actually cried when David died don't laugh at me I was a kid but anyway I remember watching as each one of them passed away very sad. Kerry Von Erich was my favorite wrestler. I got an opportunity to meet him once when he was a passenger on an aircraft I was working. He was with several other wrestlers & managers. He was very gracious in letting me take a photograph of him & myself. The schedule these guys had to maintain while touring was grueling to say the least. Flying from city to city every day while trying to maintain a workout schedule & eating properly on the road etc...Thank you for posting this. R.I.P. Kerry

It's hard to fathom what Kerry was thinking. I mean, he was a father and had his whole life ahead of him. We really lost a real talent with his passing.

amazing to think he only had 1 foot thanks to the bike accident, yet you would never know otherwise when he was in the ring. Great performer gone too soon

1997 was good for WCW, but WWE was unwatchable during the DX years/Attitude years. When promoters started getting involved with storylines, along with the degenerate stuff and the death of kayfabe, wrestling has gone to shit
