That would be like me pointing out that a bridge is weak and as a result the whole thing crumbles- and eventhough it was a good thing that i pointed it out; i'm not the one who has to pick up all of the pieces. So, no I wouldn't tell 'em. : )
I would tell my friend because I would have hate him/her to suffer later on when the cheating "lover" dumps on my friend and I did nothing about it. I would want my friend to tell me if my wife was cheating on me. I would be disappointed, but at least I can say something before damage takes place. One alternative...albeit a very SHITTY one...was addressed in the film "The Good Girl". John C. Reilly's wife was cheating on him. His best friend (Tim Blake Nelson)found out...so he black mailed her into having sex with him. The situation that led her to cheat may be a question worth asking. Underlying yet very powerful circumstance often instigates people's irrational behavior. This could render the cheating not necessarily justifiable, but seeming understandable.
In Mo, a man got off because he caught his wife with the mailman years ago and ax'ed them both,literally. Insanity was the case, temporary. I believe it.

they probably would, but if someone really loves each other, and just got caught up in the moment, and then they worked it out, I guarantee you would be named the bad one........so sad! I just mind my own business
I think it would be best if I informed the person who was actually cheating or the person that they were cheating with that they were busted and how much it hurt ME to see this behavior. Going straight to the source of the problem is usually the best solution.
It is not cool to hurt a friend with such information unless nothing changes.
I would definitely like to be informed if I were being cheated on, because it hurts to just find out =( Been there, divorced that.
Well, it is also important to be careful when confronting the source. If there is any chance you could receive bodily injury you might not want do it face to face, you might want do it over the phone. LOL
Absolutely not do you say a word, to hurt my friend is un-thinkable. I do not want a friend to tell me either. I know instinctively ALL the time.[ I know what this does to friendship]
