ANY version of photoshop (from about PS5) can do what you have seen here. It's not photoshop doing the work, it's the user. You have to know HOW to do this.

Are you running CS3? I just had a few questions. Did you buy all those brush shapes (tattoo, etc.), or get them with Photoshop? Are you saving the variations as individual files or layer comps? I love Photoshop but I had trouble telling some of what you were doing due to speed.
