@MDotMosley Quite a few people have asked this, they're not retarded. I finished with a pretty average sniping score. Any montage clip or highlight is going to make the enemies look like morons, that's what a clip is, which I think a lot of people tend to forget. :p

@revenge9026xbox Nah it's not about skill, CoD4 was the last CoD where you could really tell the better players apart. From then on it's been more of a reflex test and connection based so I don't feel I've improved whatsoever. As for clips, it's all about playing a lot and pushing into their spawn with a sniper, eventually people hit clips, that's all there is to it. If you want a tougher fps, I'd go with Halo, CoD4 Promod, TF2, CS 1.6 etc. Not much more to tell. :)

@Zeyrion All montage clips don't make the enemies look like morons.. Only the ones where it's their mistakes that gets you the clip.. Sometimes you can just hit shots fast and take cover at the right times or get lucky.. The only reason "most" clips make enemies look like morons nowadays is because the only thing counted as a good clip is a quad feed.. Regardless of how good the play is.. Thats whats wrong.. That jump shot near the start was a good shot, I prefer that to the feed.. Personally.

@Zeyrion Wow, fast replys. Everyone should NOT prefer halo to CoD.. I'll give you the fact you need a more accurate shot to get consistant kills on halo because they have higher health. But the main factor is the way CoD makes bad players who run out in the open feed better players with kills and the "stigma" against camping often clouding players judgements.. I don't know whether you were talking about montages or gameplay, but either way. Cont.

If it's montages you're talking about then it's what they can relate to.. Not sure how many people play Halo and CoD both a decent degree. But a CoD montage is aimed towards CoD players.. And is supposed to show the skill of the player..

@Zeyrion Personally I haven't played much halo. However I believe if you play on a competitive level with the right rule set CoD is a very skilful game.. And if you find a good clan in a pub (rare I know) it can be pretty skilful. That and just playing against a full clan of "ok" players who work together, on your own is a very big challenge.. I consider myself a very good CoD player (obviously you don't think much of that) but I find those sort of encounters challenging and fun.

@MDotMosley As for this.. The level of players in drop zone is generally lower than any other game type and a lot of the time they can't see for the red smoke there.. It also makes the worse players move around to get care packages cause they want the killstreaks instead of sitting in corners or playing a more reserved game like they would in other game types.. So you see a lot of "montage clips" there.
