Why scary for job interview? You have the right to choose employer too because some time employers SUCK. I quit my job today because its suck , I'll choose one by one for my employer and this is my right and I have nothing to scare about. Just be confident yourself.
I have my first ever phone interview tomorrow. Feeling very stressed. Just got to plan the best I can. If it works, then it's on to the face-to-face. Otherwise it's good practice for next time.
I'm sure any job seeker agrees that anything's better than having your resume & cover letter completely ignored.
I hate phone interviews. It's very cheap and nasty when an employer rings you and questions you over the phone. The least they can do is interview you in person. Job interviews are scary enough. Please, employers out there, have a heart.
Thanks for the great information
