@BMXshark The best tihng you can do is maintain your speed, hold onto your board harder and prepare for the shockwave to hit you. If you have enough speed and the shockwave isnt too bad you might be able to make it.

You shouldn't have to change your position as long as you are trying to get maximum speed :)

I took the helmet mount from the "helmet hero" pack, took the straps off it, and screwed it onto a gath helmet using stainless steel nuts, nylock bolts, washes & spring washes. I wouldn't trust the adheisive that came with it to withstand a good wipeout.
