It is his job to represent the fine state of Kentucky for his constituents.Earmarks are sneaky and thrown into bills without being exposed. in most cases for special intrest groups. There is nothing sneaky about Rand Paul and his only intrest is Kentucky and the United States. Debate his policies if you must but there is no debate when it comes to the man. He is honorable and has intergity its a no contest. He is one of the good guys.
