I just got a home and portable unit. The water is significantly different. It is lighter and tastes much better and we had good water to begin with. This system makes sense because it uses motion, spirals, vortex's to get the water structured. There is no doubt this device changes water significantly without magnets or doing anything to the water, just letting water move like it would in a long stream.
