She had a hard time mothering and touring all over the world bu that time, but fortunately, her son was with his parents Björk and Thor, I think is the one who always wears sunglasses.

Most music videos are filmed, like movies, well before they are released. The decisions are made as to what songs are going to be released as singles, and then the videos are filmed. They don't release the single, and THEN make the video...or it would be too late. The single was released in 1987...but the decision to release this single and the filming of the video probably happened in '86. I have had three kids, and she looks pregnant to me as well.

At first I just thought this was coincidence, or perhaps even ironic or satirical, but after watching this a few times, i'm convinced that the black model is merely there to stand in for "primal virility".

Look at all the "exotic" imagery: tropical birds, the snake, the forbidden fruit, the bellydancer.

i'm gonna disagree with you only because the erotic symbols are attached to almost everyone in the video not just the black guy ...i think it may just be that fact that he has a lot of muscles that makes him like a mountainous landscape...since this song is comparing the human body to natural features of the earth i think it fits
