  • I am grateful to the person who recorded this lively performance. The ease and joy of the performers touches you, whether you are picky about details or not.

  • Oh mate... did you record this with a mobile phone?

  • mi tio era el boletero...

  • Schumann was exigent in the interpretation

  • I AWARD THIS 4 DRESDENS...can't you just here the metronome ticking in the back of their minds.ONE HEARS THAT THEY UNDERSTAND THE MUSIC,BUT NOT WHAT IT TAKES TO COMMUNICATE THAT TO OTHER HUMANS WHO AREN'T DISTRACTED BY

WRESTLING WITH THEIR FINGERS AND HAVE THEIR SOULS TO WHICH THEY MUST ATTEND..............

.......Why is it like this?....Because they have their heads all "snuffed-up" with the

anti-expressive misanthropic "dictae" of "musicology". Forget about Schumann,he's dead...poor us!

  • I see what you mean, but for me, Schumann does very much come to life through this excellent performance. Please review our Schumann A minor violin Sonata on my channel - I like frank opinions.

  • who's the pianist?

  • William Koehler

  • what a pity they stop.thank you Shmuel for the great performances and recording.i love specialy the Brahms clarinet quintet with K.Leister.

  • Very last concert on November 29, 2007 in Rockport, Maine
