@hypersonicchaos12 Yes, it overwrites the original files (especially game.dll, patch.dll, engine.dll, database.arz, texts and resources). And you can play online only with those friends, who have the same version of the mod. (But keep in mind, that only a few hundred gamer have the latest version at the moment.) Otherwise the mod is compatible with Lilith and xmax mods. I think Underlord is the best TQIT mod, even better than Frozen World (which is the largest). Tons of loots and easter eggs.

@Nanpert It contains some modified level: the mysterious cavern, the blood cave, the temple of eternal love, the sanctuary of the bloodborn (recorded in this video), new master smithes at Helicos valley and Chumbi valley, olympus with lower and upper part, and the Crystalline Stallae before the Immortal Throne. Most of the bugs of the mod and even the vanilla IT with fanpatch 1.17 (this is required for the mod) are fixed in v.UL1.52. New User Interface, balanced gameplay, new skills and effects.

The cave is near Chumbi valley, at beginning the side quest The secret of the mountains. You should go not ahead to left (to the master smith) but in the direction of the suspension bridge. There's a respawn shrine in the front of the cave, because the Blood Cave is a dangerous place (it's very hard). In the cave you will find some ancient spectres with a unique purple aura. By being in the center of the cave, southwest to you there r some strange rocks (stalactites).pcontinue

@Nanpert So if you've played with the Frozen World mod too, it could be familiar. It's a very narrow area, that you should click to the correct points on the floor in a tiny segment forming an 'S'. P.S.: Soon I will share a new video on this webpage how to enter the tunnel, just use the key 'Blood cave' or 'Underlord'!
