    lol

i love Flight of the Conchord

    they r amazing

  • Brett's got it GOING ONNN :) sexy x

  • omg the guys on the couch are so quiet with their subtle humour and awesome accents, then this guy behind the camera keeps on laughing too loudly and trying to fish out complimets for tennesse, dude!!!!! not how u do an interview!!

  • Im so glad the director's english :) me too! I love these guys so much.

  • actually I'm from Tennessee and I wondered what they thought about it! I think the interviewer wanted them to criticize the South for some reason... but I'm glad they didn't =)

  • hahaha

  • that was the oddest interview ever

  • What sort of an interview is that?

  • What TV are you watching?

  • @punchrocker202 The one in the conner of the room.

  • @SophieAmazing Ooooh. Corner, doll. Corner.

  • ha, awesome!

  • the camera guy laughs like crazy and its annoying and loud

  • i agree.

  • @lotusblooms2 I kind of thought it gave it some spirit, more homelike in a way :P

  • @lotusblooms2 well he's the nearest to the mic

  • that interviewers nervous as hell....why? fotc is like the most non threatening 2 guys you will ever meet....its weird to explain

  • "I'ts a bit better a name than ladies fingers" lol okrrraaaa!

  • you could see them looking off in the distance as he tried to be relevant and "cool".... pure fail. Better luck next time.

  • this is the most awkward thing i have ever watched

  • South Carolina is just as hospitatible. Come on down for a visit!

  • the interviewer had the sound of a peodophile who had just cornered a couple of kids. That was a very squirmy interview.

  • Boondocks knoxnews tennessee, what quality were you expecting?

  • What an awkward and uncomfortable interview.

  • yes terrible indeed,

  • Yis.

  • Awful interview.

  • That wasn't an interview, that was an un-terview.

  • I'm glad you agree.

"User discretion." People post what they want. You watch what you want. You say what you want about the videos.

It's better that way. No "quality control" by youtube except for what's already in place.

  • Perhaps not, actually. What I love is how on youtube people can post what they want, and I can decide whether or not to watch it. This video is 1minute forty seconds. You can tell it's crappy quality a few seconds in, and then you can rate it poor, and move on w/ your life.

  • i am usually not one for commenting, but i have to agree that this was a terrible interview, atleast technically. next time, try putting a microphone on your subjects. instead, your laughter was the only sound coming through, and it was SO LOUD it gave me a headache, because i had to boost the volume to try and hear FOTC. i would almost suggest not uploading a video if it is not proper...there needs to be some quality control on youtube, seriously!

  • What a terrible interviewer

  • wheres rhys

  • tv show director

  • who's the guy in the middle? i can't make out what jemaine says when he points to him..

  • james bobin

  • He's the director of their show (at least, that's what I thought I heard).

  • LOVE JEMAINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I hate it when interviewers don't know how to work off of the people their interviewing.

  • *they're

    but ya I agree

  • whats wrong with nervously bursting out laughing at everything they say?

  • I look so cool in this video!

  • Nope. FAIL.

  • love ladies fingers

    love flight of the conchords

all round a good day :)

  • aaah i love these guys

  • interviewer sounds like a little schoolgirl

  • Can't even remember what I said, but it must mean you are a simpleton for you to respond in such a tough guy way, and it probably only serves to confirm what I said. Kiss Kiss.

  • cool cool.. thanks

  • who is the middle fella??

  • He's the writery producery directory guy... One of the three!

  • WHAT!!! I live in TN, why didn't I KNOW OF THIS!!!!!

  • I'm from Australia. Think we call courgettes zucchini. What is okra? I also thought lady fingers were bananas

  • Okra is a southern vegetable, usually fried when eaten.

Pretty sure Australia doesn't have any.

  • Actually its originally from Africa... 'Twas brought by slaves and such...

Haha, "lady fingers"? I dont think i could eat anything named after an appendage O.O

  • Its used in Indian cooking a lot too

  • lady fingers are delicious cookies. shaped like fingers. FINGERSSSS~

  • which tv were you watching?

the uh, the one in the corner...

    oh. yeah. that one

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH

    Hahahehe!!

  • oh my god the interviewer has THE biggest accent ever! haha down south in GA we dont have that big of an accent! i love it though.

  • woah woah woah what year did they play bonnaroo!?!?!?!

  • 2007, at the comedy tent

long line to get in though, so I missed them

  • reason why you might not know is cause there from new zealand lol

  • What the hell is okra or lady fingers?? I'm from England and I never heard of it is it the same a courgette ?

  • im from england aswell, and always thought lady fingers were banannas

  • okra is a vegetable. its really good fried & its in stuff like gumbo(stew-ish thing) but its different from zucchini. and lady fingers are like a pastry but i think u mean lady's fingers(same thing). it tastes different though. its slimy and gross if you dont fry it.

  • how can you be offended by that...

i'ts not like he's offending you personally, he's just making a useless comment about a state...

It's not like everyone is the same in any country so it's impossible to offend an entire country. People that do are idiots.

  • I'm not entirely offended by this morons statement. But if he says something bad about my neck of the woods, I say something bad about him, and then we go our seperate ways.

  • Jermaine's catchphrase - "Yiss"

  • LMAO. It's so true!

  • Yiss!

    :-)

  • the interview isn't about the show though, it's about their trip.. how ignorant to get mad at the interviewer for doing HIS JOB.. you bubble bursting negative nancies

  • HOLY BALLS they came to my state

  • lmao

  • they didnt know what okra was!!

  • Comment removed

  • neither did I... but I'm Canadian, so I guess that explains it

  • that interviewr should be selling bagels to benders, useless, tenessee sucks rules

  • Agh! The interviewer's voice is NOT supposed to be louder than the interviewees! Not to mention horrible questions and wayyyy too much laughing.

  • Yes, you are definitely not allowed to laugh that much at interviews.

  • Who's the blonde guy in the middle?

  • hes the shows director

  • Ouch. That was pain but not the good kind. lol

  • lol you can tell interviewer has no idea who FOTC is

and he has a boner for tennessee. how about asking them about the show?!

  • yea this wasn't all that

  • I prefer "Lady Fingers" =(

  • Well, that was an in depth interview....otherwise know as a waste of my life.

  • wow what an awkward interview!

  • interviewer sounds like virgil from hannibal... wouldnt be surprised if he had no face

  • lol nice one

  • just moved new area

    this video was good ug

  • I live in TENNESSEE, COME BACK!

  • me too!

  • They are playing the Ryman aka the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. Go to their page for tour dates.

  • You are very nice.

  • yeeees. :D

  • the reporter is a moron - okra is a vegetable and they were joking with him that it was a desert, or that they thought it was a desert, and he didnt get it.

  • no, it is called lady fingers depending where you're from. when i was in the caribbean, people called okra lady fingers.

  • It's Jemaine.

  • I know, right?! Everything about the boy... Jeeeesus. I just cannot get over it. I've never seen the like.

  • bret

    is

    cute.(:

  • he's sexy! :D

  • What is Bobin talking about i'm from England and i've never heard of it??

  • Yeah - I'm in England too - and it is called Ladys fingers over here...although I've heard of the work okra too.

  • Not a brilliant insight, but one I think we should all realize: EVERYONE HAS AN ACCENT. Drives me a bit mad when people say they don't have accents...NO, you mean your accent is like that of the majority of people you happen to be around at that time.

So...we all have accents, we all have ethnicities, races, culture, etc.

  • To clear up the lady fingers issue. They are light biscuits used in baking such as the sponge in the middle of a triffle. YES!!

  • ...Yes.

Here in Texas, though, no one will know what a 'sponge in the middle of a triffle' is. ;P

  • that's cos it's spelt 'trifle' :p

it's sponge with jelly, then custard and whipped cream (or at least in nz it is...) on top

  • That interview guy is annoying =l

    Weird accent .

    Anyways, love these guys .

  • I'm from knoxville but I have no accent...I sound like a fucking weatherman >.>....v.v

  • how can you not have an accent? the only non accent, which is called received pronunciation is the way BBC newreaders read and is considered to be the perfect way of speaking English everything else including how 95% of English people speak and all Americans is considered to be an accent.

  • but that's what I was saying, my ACCENT is like those of weathermen who are like those of BBC to whom you refer. My accent is not like anyone I'm around or have been around but I'm sure somewhere they have an accent like mine. So lay off, why do you care anyway?

  • Ok. No problem then and sorry came across a bit stern about it. Just when in the states always get stick about my accent.

  • awkward

  • the interviewer wasn't funny.

  • theyre still on hbo .. they have another season coming up soon i dont know when though

  • It would have been better had Murray Hewitt been present.

  • I love how he says yis.

  • haha i love it how jemaine just sits there staring

  • It can be hard to tell when they're out of character. They're just usually funny.

Maybe they don't keep as straight a face when they joke around.

  • They are big nerds.... but gully I love it!

    Flip!

  • Kind of true, the interviewer was pretty stupid, however they are always funny, even with bad questions!

  • i thought ladies fingers were a cookie

  • Apparently not in New Zealand/England. XD You learn something new every day.

  • haha well im from nz and im confuzed! i thought lady fingers were biscuts too.. hmm odd. LOL! wonder what they were talking about no idea what vegetable it it! llol

  • I love them
