Shame we didn't get Serie A in the UK back in those days. Bettega was the type of centre forward we don't seem to have any more. Must be one of the best headers of a ball ever. A fantastic talent.
@stevens9 In fact he wasn't a center striker, he was more a second striker, like Rummenigge (the best in his position) or Kempes, only to mention some stars a little bit youngers than him, but he was more header specialist. In England you got a great player in that time, Kevin Keegan, but his short size made him play with another style; maybe the scottish Dalglish could be more similar, but not so ellegant.
